Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Sanaita. These terms explain, in plain language, what you accept when you create your account at sanaita.com. If anything is unclear, write to sanaita@sanaita.com before accepting.

1. What Sanaita is

Sanaita is a tool to rebuild and keep your personal wellbeing journey: therapies, retreats, courses, sessions and reflections, organized into a private roadmap. Sanaita is a space for personal record-keeping and memory: it is not a medical or therapeutic service, and nothing in the platform constitutes diagnosis, treatment or professional health advice. If you are going through an emergency or need help, please reach out to a professional or to the emergency services in your area.

2. Your account

To create an account you must be over 18, and you sign in with an identity provider (for example, Google). That sign-in only confirms who you are: it does not give Sanaita any permission over your email or your files. You are responsible for keeping access to your account and for making sure the content you upload is yours or you have the right to use it.

3. Your sources are read only when you ask

Sanaita can rebuild your journey from sources you choose: your Gmail, your Google Drive, exported chats, audio recordings and documents you upload, and, if you connect it, your Spotify account. No source is read automatically or continuously: every read happens only when you start it, with read-only permissions, and you can see what was read and what was saved in every scan. You can disconnect any source whenever you want, from your profile or from the provider's settings (for example, your Google account permissions), without losing what you already saved.

4. How artificial intelligence is involved

To turn what the scans find into entries on your roadmap, and for features like talking with your own story or transcribing audio, Sanaita uses artificial intelligence models from specialized providers (currently, Anthropic and OpenAI). Those providers process the content only to provide the service to us and, under the terms of their APIs, do not use it to train their models. Artificial intelligence can make mistakes: what it produces are suggestions that you review and confirm before they become part of your journey, and we recommend verifying anything important.

5. Your data and your privacy

Your roadmap is private: only you can see it. No one, not even your friends inside the app, can see your journey; the only thing that reaches another person is what you choose to send them, such as a specific suggestion or recommendation. We know that information about your wellbeing is sensitive and we treat it accordingly: it travels encrypted, it is stored isolated per account with established infrastructure providers, and we never sell it or hand it to third parties for advertising purposes. The details of what we store, with which providers, and the rights you have over your data (access, rectification and deletion) are in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.

6. Communications

By accepting these terms you agree to receive by email both service notices (a payment, a gift received, your trial about to expire) and product news and usage tips. Service notices are part of how your account works and can't be turned off. News and tips can be switched off anytime from Settings.

7. Trial, subscription and credits

You can start with a free trial without entering any card. Paid plans and credit packs are charged through Stripe, an international payment processor: Sanaita never sees or stores your card details. Features that use artificial intelligence consume credits; your balance and what it is worth in actions are shown in your profile. Purchased credits never expire, but using them requires an active trial or subscription: if your subscription ends, your balance is kept and becomes available again when you return. Current prices are always shown before you pay; a price change applies to new purchases and does not modify what you already contracted.

8. Cancellation

You can cancel anytime from your profile. If you have a paid subscription, access continues until the end of the period you already paid for; if you are on the free trial, cancellation is immediate. Payments already made are not refunded, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

9. What we expect from you

That you use Sanaita for your personal record, that you do not try to breach its security or access other people's data, and that you do not upload illegal content or third parties' information without their permission. If we detect a use that puts the service or other users at risk, we may suspend the account, notifying you unless the situation requires acting immediately.

10. Availability and liability

We work to keep Sanaita always available and your data safe, but the service is provided as is: we cannot guarantee that the reconstruction will find everything that existed, that the artificial intelligence suggestions will be accurate, or that the service will run without interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid for the service in the last twelve months. Nothing in this section limits liabilities that cannot be limited by law.

11. What happens to your data if your subscription ends

Your roadmap belongs to you, not to your subscription. If your trial or subscription ends, you lose nothing: you can keep signing in and seeing everything you saved, and your credits remain intact. The only thing that pauses is the features that use artificial intelligence, until you return. As long as your account exists, we keep your data.

If you go a prolonged period —more than twenty-four months— without an active subscription and without signing in, we may close your account and securely and permanently delete the information associated with it. We do this as a measure of care: we would rather not keep such personal information forever if you have stopped using Sanaita. Before doing so, we will notify the email address on your account at least thirty days in advance, so you can resume your subscription or decide what to do with your information — simply signing in again is enough to keep your account as it is.

In addition, you can delete individual entries whenever you want, disconnect your sources at any time, and request the complete and immediate deletion of your account and your data by writing to sanaita@sanaita.com: we will process it within a reasonable time and confirm it to you.

12. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we update this document's version, and if the change is significant we let you know inside the plataforma or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use Sanaita after that notice means accepting the current version.

13. Governing law and contact For any question, claim or request about your account or your data, write to sanaita@sanaita.com.
